Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP

 

At this time, Funalgarve ships exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands.

 

WHERE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM

 

Depending on the product you order and current stock availability, your order is dispatched from one of our fulfillment locations in Germany or France.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

Standard Shipping. Free of charge, with delivery typically taking between four and five business days from the day your order is dispatched.

 

Insured Express Shipping. Available for a fee of 4.95 euros, with delivery typically taking between two and three business days from the day your order is dispatched.

 

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and delivery times begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed. Orders placed after 12 pm CET are generally processed the following business day.

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

 

Since your order is shipped from within the European Union to an address in the Netherlands, no import duties or additional customs charges apply.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Click the link in that email to follow the status of your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your tracking number.

 

Have not received a shipping confirmation? It can take up to two days for a shipping confirmation to arrive in your inbox, so please check your spam folder as well. If you still have not received one after that, please contact us.

 

Order shows as delivered but has not arrived? Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered slightly before it physically arrives. If your order still has not shown up after 24 hours, please get in touch with us.

 

Other issues with your order? Whether your package seems to have gone missing or the wrong item arrived, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
