Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how our returns, refunds, and cancellations process works.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind. To be eligible, the item should be in the same condition you received it, unused where reasonably possible, and in its original packaging.

 

Please note that items made or personalized specifically for you, based on your own choices or instructions, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

To begin a return, please contact us at info@funalgarve.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and what we could do to make things right. We will guide you through the next steps, including how and where to send the item back to us.

 

REFUNDS

 

If your return is accepted, we will let you know by email. Your refund will then be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded. If you receive a refund for an order that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

 

Having second thoughts before your order even arrives? If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, we are generally unable to cancel or modify an order, including changing the delivery address, since it may already be in preparation for dispatch.

 

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@funalgarve.com with a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
